ABORIGINAL PROGRAM

The Aboriginal Program support First Nations, Metis and Inuit cultures through a variety of fun, engaging and memorable field trips, activities and school events.

A parent or guardian is required to fill in a short Aboriginal Education Consultation form for their student with Aboriginal ancestry. Forms are available at the bottom of page under File Attachments. Kindly return this to the school ASAP.

  • ORANGE SHIRT DAY SEPT. 30
  • INDIGENOUS GARDENING CLUB  every Friday during FLex block
  • Grade 12 trip to Quaaout Lodge on Sept. 27 and 28, 2016
  • University of Fraser Valley Aboriginal Student Transtion Liaison visits Mouat during Flex block Wed.Oct. 26
  • Carving Workshop with hereditary Chief Harvey Robinson Friday Oct. 28 in the Mouat House 8:10 am-2:35 pm
  • Nov. 15-17 STRENGTHENING THE CIRCLE YOUTH LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE at Newlands Golf Course in Langley (Come 1, 2 or 3 days)
